AGENCY OPERATING HOURS
The Agency office at 902 Opal Chase Drive, Richmond TX 77469 is open for business from 9:00 am to 5 pm Monday through Friday and is closed on major holidays: New Years Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.
If the Agency office must close between the hours of 9:00 am and 5 pm Monday through Friday, the Administrator posts a notice on the agency door providing information regarding how to contact the person in charge. The answering machine message on the Agency telephone instructs clients how to reach the Administrator while the office is closed.
